Socks

These socks are made from local Island Wool that is hand-spun and knitted by island women and community members. Made on one of the world’s most remote inhabited islands, they carry the natural character of Tristan’s wool and the care that goes into each handmade pair.

Colours and designs vary, making every pair a little different. If you have a particular design in mind, please contact us at tourism@tdc-gov.com and we will be happy to help where possible.

Each pair begins its journey on Tristan da Cunha before travelling across the South Atlantic to you — adding another chapter to the story of wool made at the edge of the world.
