This small penguin is hand knitted from imported wool and designed to resemble a Northern Rockhopper, complete with a knitted hat and scarf. “TDC” is knitted onto its stomach, standing for Tristan da Cunha and giving it a clear connection to the island.
Measuring approximately 7 × 15 cm, each penguin is handmade, so hat and scarf colours, as well as small details in shape and appearance, may vary.
Your penguin begins its journey on Tristan da Cunha before travelling across the South Atlantic to you.
